Sustainable tanks by GRAF

National Rivers Consortium is exclusively licensed by GRAF to manufacture GRAF PTPs in the UK. We import their components from Germany flat packed, radically increasing the number of PTPs per lorry-load by 800% compared to other imported PTP plants. Advanced One2Clean PTPs only require annual servicing, compared to the onerous 6-monthly regime for other manufacturers’ models.

GRAF – Experts in Tank Manufacturing

With over 30 years of experience, GRAF is a global leader in the production of high-quality, environmentally conscious water and waste management systems.

Known for their unrivalled manufacturing expertise, GRAF products are engineered for durability and precision.

GRAF’s innovative plastic manufacturing processes allow them to manufacture a wide range of Sewage Treatment Plants, including flat tanks up to 15,000 litres and round carat tanks of up to 26,000 litres. Larger tanks can also be build in segments and shipped to the UK in sections, significantly reducing freight volume and CO₂ emissions.

With Europe’s largest injection moulding machines and advanced rotational moulding processes, GRAF can produce multi-layer tanks with outstanding surface quality and UV stability. Their tough, tension-free, seamless tanks are created using specialist manufacturing methods, ensuring strength and durability.

GRAF’s logistics system is also optimised, with one GRAF lorry transporting the equivalent load of eight standard trucks, further reducing CO₂ output.

GRAF – Sustainable Practices

Sustainability is at the heart of everything GRAF does.

GRAF’s in-house recycling plant processes over 50,000 tonnes of plastic waste annually, including hard-to-recycle black plastics. It is the first facility in the world capable of sorting eight different types of black plastic, producing high-quality plastic granulate used to manufacture new tanks and treatment systems. This process alone helps save over 100,000 tonnes of CO₂ each year.

Not only are GRAF products made from 100% recycled materials, but even the production waste is fully recycled.
