We generate phosphorus and nitrogen nutrient credits nationwide by replacing septic tanks and low efficacy Package Treatment Plants with high efficacy Package Treatment Plants, which can mitigate development across all Nutrient Neutrality catchments.
Our mitigation measures have approval from Natural England and are capable of providing immediate solutions for developers. Our innovative Conservation Covenant method ensures that the credit can be relied upon by the LPA whilst providing an immediate solution for developers. We have a significant amount of expertise in this domain having been awarded three strategic contracts to supply via Septic Tank Upgrades (STUs) 1,100 kg/year of phosphorus credits to LPAs through public procurement tenders.
